1. Solving the energy Crisis.  Immediately, by  building nuclear. AS NEVADANS WE ALREADY KNOW HOW THAT POWER BILL LOOKS, BY TACKLING THIS ENERGY CRISIS WE WOULD EFFECTIVELY BE LOWERING THE COST OF BUSINESS, LOWERING the COST of consumer goods, AND LOWERING THE COST OF LIVING FOR EVERYDAY INDIVIDUALS. that's putting money right back into your pocket and ensuring it goes further every time you spend it.  I will EXTENSIVELY work with NV energy to start and expedite the process of getting nuclear power plants into the state of Nevada as soon as possible. as well as setting up an organized  Regulatory Body to maintain the safety and maintenance of our nuclear power plants. Which will be  paid for by Nv energy and coordinated by the government of Nevada. 

 

2. Solving the water crisis. I will brokerage a deal with California to pipeline ocean water to the Salton Sea (the salton sea is a hyper saline dead lake which means pumping ocean water into it will not affect anything and will not cause an ENVIRONMENTAL issue) then immediately pipelining that water to lake mead to be DESALINIZED for refillment of lake mead. Once we refill lake mead to a reasonable standard we are able to use lake mead as a RELIABLE source of fresh water to  supply all of nevada with water. In doing so we would be supplying agriculture with a cheap stable water source EFFECTIVELY securing cheap rates for an already struggling industry. As a byproduct you would see sweeping price drops for food, lowering cost of business for RESTAURANTS, lowering cost of living massively on common individuals via groceries, benefitting every single individual in the state of nevada. 

  

3. I will take back all land held by the federal government for the Nevadan people. the state of nevada has rights and is more than capable of invoking those rights to maintain its own land for the people of nevada. regaining our land back I will immediately reform our regulations on extracting oil and refining gas. Making sure to maintain preservation, Efficiency, while lessening the abrasiveness for business. In doing so we will stabilize Nevadas GAs prices, enrich the state of nevada, create jobs, inevitably BRING DOWN PRICES of goods being transported by trucking, and ENSURING NEVADANS HAVE A BARGAINING CHIP TO BACK THEM UP AGAINST PRICE GOUGING from other states / businesses. 

  

4. reforming THE TAX SYSTEM OF NEVADA. IMMEDIATLY I WILL GET RID OF PROPERTY TAX BRINING IMMEDIATE RELIEF TO Businesses', CONSUMERs, PROPERTY OWNERS, while also EFFECTIVELY Lowering THE PRICING OF HOUSING FOR PEOPLE LOOKING TO BUY HOMES. This would lessen the burden of expenditure on already owned homes, reduce the cost of new homes, slow down the over supply of homes to the market, and overall cheapen the HOUSING market. NEXT, I WILL IMMEDIATELY GO TO WASHINGTON TO abolish federal income tax for Nevadans. BARGAINING with the federal government to be paid by THE STATE OF NEVADA IN COMPROMISE. this would effectively cause more overall representation for all people in the state of Nevada since all elected OFFICIALS would be representing the people of Nevada and DECIDING the amount of collected state tax AGREED UPON BY THE ELECTED OFFICIALS OF THE STATE of Nevada TO PAY TO THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT IN COMPROMISE. In my new form of government elected officials would try to maintain the lowest federal state tax paid to maintain THEIR OWN INDIVIDUAL BUDGETS TO PAY FOR THEIR OWN CONSTIUTENTS NEEDS, BILLS, LAWS, LEGISLATION, ENFORCEMENT TO OPERATION, GOVERNMENT FUNDED ORGANIZATIONS, AND LOCAL LEVEL RESPONSIBILITIES. INSTEAD of relying on the individual to represent themselves through FIVE LAYERS of governmental bureaucracy. AS A CITIZEN IN THE UNITED STATES YOU CAN BARELY PROTECT YOURSELF FROM THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENTS nor represent yourself in the case of government OVERREACH. THE STATE OF NEVADA WILL TAKE THAT BURDEN ON TO ENSURE THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT IS REPRESENTING THE PEOPLE ON HOW THAT MONEY IS SPENT. ALL TAXES WILL BE GATHERED BY consumption BASED TAXES AND DRIVEN BY CONSUMERISM ITSELF. BASED ON THE PERCENTAGE OF TAX ADDED TO ANYTHING HIGHER PRICED GOODS WILL TAKE THE BURDEN OF TAX PUSHING COMPETITIVE MARKETING LOWERING OF PRICES. PUSHING BUSINESSES TO LESSEN THE AMOUNT OF TAX ADDED ONTO YOUR BOUGHT GOODS EFFECTIVELY EMPOWERING THE CONSUMER IN THEIR EXPENDITURES ON ITEMS. That's giving you the people of Nevada money right back into your pocket AND INCREASING your PURCHASING POWER 

  

5. reforming OUR OWN NEVADAN GOVERNMENT I WILL DISSOLVE THE BUDGET DISTRIBUTE THE FUNDS EQUALLY BETWEEN EACH ELECTED OFFICIALS GOVERNMENTAL BANK ACCOUNT ASSIGNED TO THEM WITH TWO SEPERATE LEDGERS. ONE LEDGER WILL CONTAIN EXPENDITURES OF THE STATES MONEY GATHERED BY CONSUMPTION BASED TAXES TO PAY FOR LAWS LEGISLATION ENFORCEMENT TO OPERATION GOVERNMENT FUNDED ORANIZATIONS AND LOCAL LEVEL RESPONSIBILITIES. THE SECOND LEDGER WILL CONTAIN ALL LIVING EXPENDITURES TO ENSURE YOUR ELECTED OFFICIAL CAN MAINTAIN THEIR LIVING EXPENDITURES WHILE IN OFFICE. THESE ACCOUNT WILL NOT BE MONETARILY LIQUID BUT CAN BE USED TO PAY FOR THESE EXPENDITURES INSTEAD OF OUT OF POCKET. AFTER THEIR TERMS THE ELECTED OFFICIALS WILL MAKE A VOTE ON HOW MUCH MONEY THEY SHOULD BE PAID OUT OF THIS GOVERNMENTAL ACCOUNT FOR THEIR SERVICE TO THE PEOPLE AND THE SATE OF NEVADA. WITH OUT THE VOTE OF THE PEOPLE THEY WILL WALK AWAY HAVING MADE NOTHING. THIS WILL EFFECTIVELY CREATE A COMPETITIVE AND COOPERATIVE LEGISLATURE TO ENSURE THE PEOPLE ARE GETTING THE RESULTS THEY NEED WHILE STAYING ACTIVE IN VOTING. 

  

 6. My Policies for Ai specific data centers and traditional data centers in general / SURVEILLANCE  

Ai data centers will be limited to 100 terabytes of storage and will only be used for the technological procurement of Ai itself to ensure all final data produced by ai is at 100% uncorrupted and correct output of data being produced. Until then, the technology and algorithm will not be used by the entire state government for any means. Private industry looking to use ai will have to look outside of the state as all Al in Nevada will be used solely for research and procurement for perfecting Ai. All data centers will have to resort/refurbish to NON-CONDUCTIVE immersion cooling using no water to maintain as much water conservation for the state of nevada. No tax dollars or public funding will be used for any data center especially Al data centers as it is a private industry that should seek private investment and funding. The state will create two separate licenses for data centers one for traditional data center use and a separate AI data center use that will be used for research and procurement only limited by the 100-TERABYTE mandate. All data centers must submit audits of the general information that is held within the data center and must follow the guidelines set for traditional data center use and ai procurement/research development use. AI is not allowed under any circumstance to be apart of surveillance. All surveillance of the general population in the state of nevada will be done under dumb surveillance or a specific mix of smart and dumb surveillance. Private companies may choose to use smart surveillance only on their private property excluding observation of any public area and must pertain to internal surveillance. The state of Nevadas police including all levels from top to bottom will use a mix of dumb and smart surveillance to maintain an effective/flawless network that doesn't track the population but maintains an effective response time for immediate action. When i become governor everything that i've said will be stated more throughly on how and what i would do.  

  

7. CREATING A NEW ZONING LAW FOR CITIES TO USE. I WILL PERSONALLY CREATE A Law SO AN ENTIRE NEIGHBORHOOD MAY BE TURNED INTO A SHORT-TERM RENTAL ZONE Allowing neighborhoods TO BE Exclusively MADE FOR short term RENTALS PROMOTING ECONONIMCAL PRIVATE OWNERSHIP as RENTAL INVESTMENT communities this ensures the freedom of people who wish to come to Nevada to enjoy a vacation risk and worry free surrounded by like-minded individuals. In hopes of LESSENING THE RISK OF police being called for noise complaints, FRICTION of individuals living in quiet neighborhoods, and strengthening the cohesion OF PEOPLE WHO WISH TO NOT BE BOTHERED BY SUCH ACTIVITIES. These ZONES WILL HAVE SPECIFIC AND SPECIAL RULES FOR THE IDEA OF MAXIMIZING ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCES FOR VISITORS WHILE Minimizing RISK TO PROPERTY OWNERS WHO WISH TO NOT do short term rentals or be near them. Private equity will not be allowed to own any property in the state of NEVADA. RETURNING PROPRIETORSHIP TO THE COMMON INDIVIDUAL WHO WISHES TO solely own land here in Nevada WILL REGRANT ECONOMICAL WEALTH BACK TO THE INDIVIDUAL LOWERING THE COST OF ENTRY MAKING PROPERTY ownership and business MORE Feasible for each Nevadan. Anyone who wishes to purchase PROPERTY OR BUSINESS externally of the state of the Nevada WILL SIGN And maintain a contract to license that maintains they are directly responsible for all operations, SAFETY, Environmental protection, taxation, of for and to the citizens of nevada. This maintains the legal right of NEVADAs state GOVERNMENT TO DIRECTLY EXTRADITE PROSECUTE and hold owners of property/business specifically responsible. THIS WOULD DISALLOW THE immediate sale or liquidation of property to escape prosecution closing the loopholes of legal law limbo ensuring the lands of nevada ARE PROTECTED from EXTERNAL Persons groups or businesses ensuring they are paying their fair share of tax PROTECTING THE safety OF Nevadan workers and the environment of Nevada to the FULLEST EXTENT. WORKERS OF EXTERNAL BUSINESSES or people OUTSIDE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA WHO ARE MOVED TO NEVada to complete work for said group business or person. 8. Education in nevada is a complete failure i will be implementing a new free form reform of education at the HIGH-SCHOOL level. Basic curriculum/extra curriculum classes will be freely open for students to choose to walk into and be a part of. Honors and ap classes must have students priorly sign up before the start of the school year to participate in these classes to ensure the amount of classes meets the demand of students. There will be no schedule for students to maintain besides scheduled ap and honors class students. All classes with their room numbers will be displayed around the school students will be given pamphlets with this INFORMATION as well. Students will have to choose to go to these classes once a class hits capacity; a sign will be placed outside to show the classroom at capacity. IMMEDIATELY THE TEACHER WILL INFORM THE MAIN OFFICE OR PRINCIPAL OF AN AT CAPACITY CLASSROOM the class will 

Be notated specifically on what subject is being taught so another class can be opened almost immediately of that exact subject being taught. A group of on-call reserve teachers will be maintained in each county so that a classroom can be opened INSTANTANEOUSLY. The number of teachers in this reserve should be decided by the number of schools in the county and the number of students enrolled in each public school per public school divided by the number of students per class to make the amount of teacher per reserve pool for the county.  No student will fail high school nor their classes they will only not Accumulate college credits when taking ap. Any student can take any level of class with no order to them except for ap. Ap classes will stay the same to prepare students for college. THE SECONDARY CLASSES OPENED AFTER AT CAPACITY IS REACHED FOR THAT SUBJECT WILL BE MAINTAINED UNTIL THE END OF THE SCHOOL YEAR. ALL SUBJECTS WILL HAVE ONE TO TWO CLASSES ALREADY SETUP TO TAKE ON THE ONSLAUGHT OF STUDENTS AT the beginning of the school year. ALL CLASS Curriculum SUBJECTS AND THEIR CONTINUATIONS INTO THE SUBJECT WILL BE OPEN FOR STUDENTS TO LEARN. What this does is pushes students to make decisions into their education MAKING THEM TAKE THE Responsibility of learning and action. This better prepares STUDENTS FOR THE REAL WORLD AFTER HIGHSCHOOL WHERE THERE IS NO DIRECTION AND ACTION MUST BE TAKEN TO ENSURE PROSPERITY. THIS ALSO WOULD DISCONNECT STUDENTS FROM WANTING TO LEARN AND STUDENTS WHO ARE ONLY THERE BECAUSE THEY HAVE TO BE MITIGATING DISRUPTION ENSURING A CLEAR UNDISRUPTED CLASS FOR STUDENTS WHO WISH TO MAINTAIN EDUCATION. GIVING STUDENTS THE OPTION TO BE APART OF A SOCIAL ENVIROMENT AS WELL AS AN OPTIONAL LEARNING EXPERIENCE WHILE ALSO ALLOWING THEM TO NETWORK MAKE FRIENDS and LOWERING the cost of education for the state.

9. Nevada ranks number one in human TRAFFICKING per capita out of all of 50 states. Since Nevada is an EPICENTER for such crimes, it should be the easiest to MITIGATE an issue of such magnitude. Firstly, by assembling a new branch department and force. I will Direct THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT TO HAND OVER All files information and evidence built in the Epstein case. Once obtaining this information i will immediately direct the task of tracing uncovering tracking all names and any links that may lead to the StATE of nevada while building a pool of information and connections to tackle networks OF HUMANTRAFFICKERS Pedophiles and sexual assaulters THAT EXIST in the state of nevada. Once Verifying information with the utmost care and attention a centralized database will be compiled, assets will be seized investigated and searched. All seized property and items will not be RELINQUISHED by the state of Nevada for any means INDEFINITELY for any amount of evidence or linkage. Anyone with a substantial, large, medium, or small, amount of evidence/linkage to the compiled database in the state of Nevada or upon entry to Nevada will be hunted down arrested and PROSECUTED immediately With no bail. (As the charges grow the sentencing grows for each individual arrested prosecuted and jailed for such crimes WHICH MEANS A PERSON THAT COMMITS a crime UNDER THIS UMBRELLA WILL HAVE THEIR CHARGE Added TO THE LIST AND BE CHARGED WITH THE ENTIRE LIST OF CHARGES ADDED BY EVERY Individual) to protect the identity lessening the access of information and weakening networks. No minor persons under the age of 18 for any circumstance are allowed to participate in any pageanting Commercials agency modeling of any kind even under legal CONSIGNMENT of a parent consenting adult or guardian in the state of Nevada. I will completely reform laws LESSENING THE CONSEQUENCES FOR NONVIOLENT CRIMES WHILE OFFERING BETTER REHABILITATION PROGRAMS AND Standards for our communities and prisoners.
